Summary:  Responsibility for FLI web site design and development including: user interface, navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
    •    Knowledge of multiple Content Management Systems is necessary, as is the ability to learn new systems (i.e. Joomla, WordPress).
    •    Professional web design languages (including but not limited to HTML, Javascript, CSS).
    •    Need a thorough understanding of SEO best practices.
    •    Must be self-sufficient in creating compelling graphic design collateral.
    •    A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is necessary.

Web Developer


In this role you will be the bridge between our marketing team and back-end software engineers. We are developing our next generation software which will be a complete end-to-end solution integrating our hardware with an online ordering system and back-end production systems.

You will be an integral part of the team developing the pipeline for those end-users to transmit their scan data back to factories where that data is used to manufacture a variety of products. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop an easy to use and maintain customer front end;
  • Create framework for enhanced user experience including e-portals for custom designs, tutorial videos, etc.;

Responsibilities:

The Field Sales Director (FSD) is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and sales team managed. The FSD is responsible for their assigned team’s sales productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results. The FSD manages all aspects of running an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct-report Territory Managers.

  • Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results.

Production Software Development Engineer

Summary:
This position will be an integral part of the business operations. You will be responsible for the development of new software tools to ensure the efficient flow of the manufacturing floor. These tools will interface directly with our production line so the ability to work with hardware is a must. We run a clean, high volume, mass customization shop so data integrity and tracking is critical. This includes machine-vision QC inspection, database management, generation of work instructions, and generally interfacing to a variety of electro-mechanical production systems. Working with the in-house development team you will develop a comprehensive plan to upgrade our legacy systems as well as identify and develop new systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a lightweight, easy to use manufacturing dashboard system to monitor all aspects of production and order flow.
  • Work with product development to create an efficient pipeline to transfer data from remote, cloud-based locations and import into the manufacturing system.
  • Work with local and remote databases for storing, searching and generating reports, pertaining to custom orders.
  • Scrub and convert data for easy integration into other platforms such as ERP system, customer service system, sales database, manufacturing instructions, etc.
  • Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of in-house manufacturing machines (CNC, waterjet, robot arms, etc).
  • Troubleshoot daily workflow issues to ensure maximum manufacturing up time.


Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Engineering required. Computer Engineering or equivalent preferred, however, other engineer disciplines with relevant work experience may be acceptable.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in a production environment
  • Experience with the entire software development life cycle, particularly agile development methodologies.

In this role you would report to and assist the Senior Network Engineer in managing the network infrastructure for the company as well as support everyday business operations. This individual will work closely with other technology professionals, evaluate business requirements, troubleshoot problems, and develop implementation solutions.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Server platforms (Hyper-V, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, SCCM, and Windows Server 2008-2012 R2).
  • Hardware including Dell servers, SAN, UPS, HPE Switching, WatchGuard firewalls, video surveillance systems, PC’s, laptops, thin clients, and other various systems.
  • Local area networks using a variety of network equipment, software and protocols including layer 2/3 switches, spanning tree, fiber, VLANs, and network access lists.
  • Wide area networks using a variety of network equipment, software and protocols including network firewall and wide area network protocols.
  • Document knowledgebase articles and maintain support tickets for existing issues.
  • Hosted VOIP PBX supporting Polycom phones used in call center environment.
  • Monitor and maintain backup systems to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Maintain and keep up to date inventory of all systems.
  • Citrix Xen Desktop environment.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of switching, routing and firewalls as well as LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Citrix Systems preferably Xen Desktop and Xen Server.
  • Formalized education in Network Engineering and 5+ years of experience developing, supporting and maintaining network infrastructure is required.
  • MCSA or MCSE isn’t required but would be helpful.
